Punjab :- In Bhagwatpura in Sangrur district, a 2-year-old child fell into 140 feet deep borewell on Thursday evening. NDRF conducted rescue operation overnight with the help of local people. On the second day, the army took control of the rescue. However, there is iron pipe in bore. The child is stuck at around 120 feet. The piece of plastic bore in the bore is causing problems in the rescue.

The incident happened

The incident is around 4:30 pm Thursday evening. According to the information, the family of Sukhwinder Singh, a resident of Bhagwanpura village in Sugar district, was found working in the farm in the Sunam area. During this time, his two-year-old son Fateh Habir Singh did not go when he went to the side, where he kept the borewell locked with plastic for 10 years. As soon as the child fell on the weakened ridge in sunshine and rain, he jumped into the borewell and went downstairs.

As soon as the child came to know about falling down, the hands and feet of the house fell flat. He informed the police administration in anon-phanan. The information of this incident went on spreading in the area and people started flocking on the spot. With the help of all JCBs and tractors, the child started trying to be rescued.
